THIS IS PROBABLY THBE MOST SIGNIFICANT STORY ABOUT THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE LAST SIX MONTHS! UNBELIEVABLE THAT LIVERPOOL IS THE FIRST COUNCIL IN THE COUNTRY TO BE DONE IN COURT FOR BREAKING THE LAW LIKE THIS. WE SHOULD HAVE MORE ON THIS.
